MyLXQ is responsible for the personal information described in this privacy notice.

Information we collect
When you contact us through this website, we may collect:
your name;
your organisation;
your email address;
the nature of your enquiry; and
any information you choose to include in your message.
The website may also collect limited technical information needed to operate securely and prevent spam.
Please do not use the contact form to send confidential information about people receiving care, including identifiable health, safeguarding or other sensitive personal information.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
respond to your enquiry;
communicate with you about the services you are interested in;
take steps you request before entering into an agreement with us;
manage our business communications; and
maintain the security and proper operation of the website.
We will not use information submitted through the contact form for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis for doing so.
Our lawful basis
We generally process enquiry information because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to people who contact MyLXQ and to manage our business communications.
Where you ask us to take steps before entering into a contract, processing may also be necessary in order to take those steps.
Who we may share information with
We use trusted service providers to operate the website and manage enquiries. These currently include:
Squarespace, which hosts the website and processes website form information;
Microsoft, where enquiries may be received and stored through Outlook; and
Google reCAPTCHA, which is used to help protect the contact form from spam and automated submissions.
We do not sell personal information.
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate data-protection safeguards should apply.
How long we keep information
General enquiry information will normally be kept for no longer than 12 months after our last communication, unless there is a legitimate reason to retain it for longer.
If an enquiry leads to a contractual or ongoing business relationship, relevant information may be retained for longer where necessary for contractual, accounting or legal purposes.
Your data protection rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to:
ask for access to your personal information;
ask us to correct inaccurate information;
ask us to delete information;
ask us to restrict how information is used;
object to certain uses of your information; and
request transfer of your information where that right applies.
You can contact us at mylxq@outlook.com if you wish to exercise a data-protection right.
You also have the right to raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you are unhappy with how your personal information has been handled. ICO
