Learning that moves into practice.
MyLXQ learning and development supports people and organisations to reflect, build confidence and turn knowledge into meaningful changes in everyday practice.
Learning & Development
More than a training session
MyLXQ learning is designed to continue beyond the training room. Learning is strengthened through reflection, application in practice and opportunities to review what has changed for people.
Our learning offer also draws on specialist expertise in dementia care and can be tailored to the needs of people living with dementia and those who support them.

Reflection that continues between sessions
Learning is most useful when people have space to think about what they have tried, what worked, what felt difficult and what they might do differently next time. MyLXQ reflective sessions create that space between formal learning sessions, helping people connect new knowledge with everyday practice and learn from one another.
WHAT DID I TRY?
Think about how new learning was used in practice.
WHAT HAPPENED?
Reflect on what worked, what was difficult and what was learned.
WHAT WILL I DO NEXT?
Identify what to continue, adapt or try differently.
